    Stuff we buy that "WORKS"

I got this idea from another forum thread. We'll see how far it goes. We all buy all sorts of stuff, personal stuff, household stuff and many other assorted possessions. In this day and age of buying things online, we often don't know what we are getting until we get it. Tell us about something useful you bought or were gifted that just plain works as advertised. While you're at it, post a link.

I'll start. I hate cleaning my guns after shooting, it used to be that the whole garage would fill with fumes from solvents and cleaners, the wife would come in and say what the hell... then one day my gunsmith told me to try Gunzilla. I did and never looked back, it is all I use. It is fairly oderless and cleans like no tomorrow. Removes rust and coates metal long term.

To “stick” with the maintenance theme I have found that the Brian Enos Slide-Glide product has been by far the best for lubricating the rails of my semi-auto pistols and ARs. It does not dry out or run and because of that I no longer use grease. If you buy it go for the little tub and the brush, it lasts a lot longer and makes applying it much easier.

in gonna go with a magazine or clip, as they like to be called .

for a 10/22 high cap mag, you can not beat the reliability of a blackdog machine 50 round drum. if you have aqn ar-15 in .22lr, they also have the same mags that fit the ar-15 too. i only have one so far for my 10/22 but i will get some more. they are relativly easy to load (better than the steel lips IMO).

    Great thread! boobshake

I'm going to nominate the UpLULA. This thing truly works as advertised, and I sing its praises to anyone who will listen, and a few others as well. :D

And at home we make our own laundry soap using this recipe (located about 3 down from the top) http://www.duggarfamily.com/recipes.html
5 gallons of laundry soap for about $5.00 and it works fine..been using it for over a year. tiphatt

Bissel foaming glass cleaner spray in the can.

douche out your military surplus rifle barrel and bolt face at the range with it, the ammonia kills the salts in the corrosive surplus ammo helping the barrel life last longer for better play days.
prevents flash rust on the trips home where it can be completely cleaned with your stronger cleaning solvents.
