    My guess is that even though they are illegal for civilians to own in California there are still Class 3 dealers that supply Law Enforcement that sell items to SBR / Suppressor friendly states??? Not sure though, does seem out of place.

    I dunno, last I checked they still sold unserialized and unregistered Drop In Auto Sears (DIAS) in Shotgun News.
