I was looking for something in our bedroom the other day and found a cache of Coach purses. I didn't say a word.

Tell her that your friends work at the gun store and they sell it to you for nothing and it worth too much too pass! And then sell 1 and come home with 2 since you saved so much!

Tried that once. Went to buy 1 gun, but if I bought more I was getting a sweet deal. I bought 3 for $700. I figured I would sell the 2 I didn't want and get a bargain, have the money in the account before she knew it. Sold those 2 guns 5 days later. Unfortunately she noticed $700 was gone from the accout on the third day. Even though I got the rest of the money in the account, she was still pissed for a week, then the following weekend she made a trip to the Coach outlet and forgot all about the guns I bought. Little give and take. She's happy, I'm happy.

I've been drinking whiskey tonight so forgive me if I'm being rash, but I think I know how to respond to your post. Suck it, pussy.

Same goes to all the lazy boys who didn't take time to read the OP so let me quote it for posterity-

I said you have to pay them $200 for a suppressor.. and then they make you one and ship it to you in 6 months.....

I told her I NEED ONE TO HELP PROTECT MY EARS

She thought that was a pretty good price
LOL. MY wife is just as bad. Traded (actually "sold") a shotgun about a month ago. Show her a different one and said "see. I still have a shotgun". The gun I sold was a tactical mossberg. I showed her an 870 with wood furniture and like a 90" barrel.

That's your get out of jail free card. Take pics before she moves the stash.

My wife doesn't have to be included on all my decisions, that would be idiotic. I'm a grown person and can make decisions without her and she can make decisions without me. And last I checked, I was married and have been for a long time.

Doing so now... 26, never been married. But having seen what happened when the old man bought something (it was the computer) and told us kids not to tell mom, and she finds out later....
Not literally smashed of course, but it's easy to figure out the folks are no longer together.

I will say that 2 of my coworkers use the following system:
They agree with the wife on a set amount of every paycheck that goes into an account, and that is the guy's play fund. From this can come whatever he wants, no questions asked. This is used for work lunches, guns, toys, and gifts for the family. But the wife doesn't see what's being bought, or for how much. It seems to work out well for both guys that do it.
