Site Issue: Enter key doesn't shift curser down a line when composing PMs, etc.

At least two of us have solved this problem with this short action...

While logged in: >forum actions >general settings >message editor interface; select standard editor.

I don't know if this works for mobile connections.

I'm having the same issue. I gave ^ a try, and will see if it works. Thank you.

Larry, I am happy that you have found a cure for your "short action".
    Most people won't admit it.

wanted to try this - as I to have found this to be an issue, but only on an iPad/tablet and on a Windows 8 laptop - my Win 7 machine works fine.

Having made the change, at least carriage returns now work on the Win 8 laptop - thanks for the tip...

So now we have an affirmed fix by a few guys but not on mobile connections... that's the next nut to crack.

Meanwhile, according to GunTrader, I'm to be applauded for my short-comings.
