Piers Morgan is hiding under his skirt just thinking that someone in starbucks may have a gun on them right now.

I guess the good and bad thing is that gun owners are fanatical. So, even if the antis get all riled up, they will have to deal with the real fanatics in this fight when it comes down to it. Kind of like what we saw just the beginning of this year... they thought they finally had us when a bunch of school children got shot up.. but nope we got in their face and made a stand. This gun debate has to be such a nightmare for these assholes. They are used to getting their way and having the fanatics on their side. The gun debate crosses the aisle as well. There are a lot of Democrats that like their guns.

I still don't see how going into Starbucks with open guns really helps us in leftist controlled areas. I can see it being a threat at some point and getting your way that way, because no one wants a war, but at this moment I can't see it making us look good. It just riles up the pussies and gets them on the horn to pressure both the businesses supporting such an act and the law makers to make a change. I don't know, I could be wrong though.

Funny how some of the gun crowd are concerned about their image, when the fanatical antis don't give pinch of coon shit what their image is. They have no problem being vocal and in your face, but we should remain docile? No, I don't play nice with assholes...It's my right and I will exercise it as I see fit. And I don't much give a flying f*ck what they think.

If you really think you changed some Liberal minds today while open carrying at Starbucks you are fucking delusional. The even funnier part is Howard Schultz is extremely Liberal. It was nothing more than a gathering of uneducated morons with a gun on their hip. If you really want to help in the fight to maintain your 2nd Amendment rights...do it smartly...all you did today was was prove you were an egotistical asshole to a bunch of hippies....excellent job.

Uneducated Moron? Egotistical asshole? My, my. You certainly know how to carry on a reasoned, adult discussion of differing views from fellow gun owners. Name calling is the fallback of both liberals and poorly raised grade school children. You certainly have revealed a lot about yourself.

Arguing amongst ourselves doesn't help us either. We all choose to be vocal in our own way.

IMO carrying an AK/AR pistol or a shotgun into a Starbucks location isn't the right decision. But OC'ing a pistol as many guys do on a daily basis anyway is their choice, and their right.

"In your face" ridiculous displays are a methodology of the left as well. Congregating at a Starbucks with weapons is no different than the Black Panthers standing out in front of a voting booth. The 2nd Amendment is already under attack and events like this do zero to help the cause. If you open carry everyday....I have no problem with that. I honestly do not see any benefit to it Vs. Concealed Carry...but the law is the law. However, when it is done simply to prove a point....at a business that is a known Liberal establishment....thinking you are somehow rewarding Starbucks for their defense of the 2nd Amendment...when in reality you are just fueling the Liberal fire....is asinine. Even worse...one of the largest gatherings yesterday was planned in Newtown, CT. Starbucks shut that location down yesterday out of respect to the community. I mean seriously? That is on par with Westboro Baptist Church at Military funerals. Yesterday's events put us a step further back...not forward.

The people who are neutral; are the people we need to convince we're the good guys and to vote with us. I also believe this open carry at starbucks does not put those people on our side but the on the side of the anti's. Expressing 2A rights to the point where everyone is pissed off at us will only result in laws being passed to restrict us even further so not caring what people think is not caring about "our" 2A rights IMO
