    M&P barrel question

    Anyone know if I can drop my fullsize barrel into a compact M&P
    Looking for M&P 22 mags, M&P 9 mags, M9 mags, AK mags/75rd drum mag

    Found this elsewhere..
    Should not be done as per S&W. M&P barrels are consent at the muzzle. I verified this with calibers and the muzzle is 0.01 thicker the last 1/2". This allows for a tight fit at the muzzle breach. Barrels are made slide specific.

    However Ive also seen no problems with 40c to full 9 barrel swaps. As long as caliber the fullsize barrel is downsizing bullets. But no 9c with fullsize 9 barrels or the same with .40s&w

    Damn yeah I'm just thinking about putting a full size 9mm in M&P 9c
