    WTB Cheap .357, maybe .38. Functional or not.

    I've got almost 800 rounds of .357 and .38 left over from cowboy action shooting and need something to put them through. I don't have a huge budget for this, Charter Arms, Rossi, Taurus and the like are fine, any frame size or a rough Blackhawk maybe. Cosmetics are not an issue and prefer functional but would take a project for the right price. My budget is $200-$250.
