    Spring Shoot/Clean

Ok everybody, its that time of year again. My contact at DNR just reached out to me. They were very, very pleased with what SGN did for them at the summer shoot/clean. Here is a link to the last one.http://seattleguns.net/showthread.ph...t-5-31*Update*

***This is going to be a SGN/WGO/whoever effort. I have linked the SGN thread as a means of viewing pics and info from this summers last shoot/clean. Pleass keep site dividing comments out of this one.***

I am starting this to gauge interest and a possible date for a spring clean/shoot. This will be up at Medfor Pit(Harry Osborn Wilderness), east of Sedro-woolley. We have had several shoots there and all have gone damn well. With the clean ups we do, DNR shuts the entire pit down for us. I of course will bring my smoker and make sure to feed all you hungry bastards. We usually ask people to pitch in a side dish for a potluck type meal.

I am tentatively planning it for the end of March, possibly 3/21 or 4/4. Let me know if you are wanting to come and help out, and what day works best. Feel free to share experiences or lics of our previous shoots/clean ups for those that may not know. Also, suggestions on what to throw in the smoker will be taken into consideration too!

Yeah, only shots of Jeem's good side. Whichever one that is...

And I'm in for this one too. I was up there Sunday and the pit is getting dirty again. Wife's bday is St. Patty's day so if we could try not to put it on that weekend it would be better for my sex life.

Most helpful tool's for the clean up are:

    -rakes
    -shovels (especially snow shovels)
    -garbage cans
    -gloves
-suspenders (yeah, lotta ass crack last year)
    -trucks

Look forward to seeing everyone there. Wife's bday is St. Patty's day so if we could try not to put it on that weekend it would be better for my sex life.

    Re: Spring Shoot/Clean

LOL there is a group ran by a girl on facebook for shooters and they are planning a group clean up of Potts Pit this Saturday and the Medford pit on 4/4 I guess they might not have that much to clean. I was supposed to do the BBQ for them but they planned it for the day before Easter and I can`t take that day off but one of the guys has bought almost 75 pounds of meat and 10 pounds of shrimp for it. I can`t do the Potts pit bbq for them because I am having surgery tomorrow and will still be recovering and on crutches for that clean up. It`s great to see so many groups interested in cleaning up the shooting spots.
