    Silver is low,are you buying?

It's been in low $16 range for a few weeks if not months. Is now the time to stock up ?

If I listened to William Devane 3 years ago, I would have lost half my money on silver and a third of it on gold.

If it drops much below $16, it can't hurt to pick some up (actual physical silver).

I have been told by multiple people/sources that it costs $20/22 per ounce to produce. Just remember, most places will charge $1.25-$2 over spot per ounce.

Fixed that for you. But you probably saw that coming.
